Very happy with the results. Just had my work van repaired after being rear ended. The work done by Columbia Auto Body in Whitman was top notch. I cannot begin to describe how effortless, professional and caring this Columbia Auto Body shop is! I absolutely am so thankful for their service! Everyone who I met from start to finish, from dropping off my car and picking it up is extremely kind, communicative and completely makes you feel at ease. I got into a little curfuffle in Walmart trying to get away from a car reversing into me and turned and hit a parked car. The whole passenger side door was ruined and had to be replaced. This is my first car and my baby! Columbia Auto body had to deal with my anxiousness about leaving it, but they fixed my Scarlet up in no time! If you need an auto body shop where everyone from the receptionist to manager is kind through and through, communicates patiently and thoroughly and treats your car like it's their own, please choose this shop! I was referred to Shawn at Columbia by a trusted friend who sold me my Cadillac. I was recently involved in a hit and run accident and was at a loss. Normally I would have taken the car to my friend's dealership but Covid struck. Shawn made himself available from the start and was extremely professional. The person who hit my car tore it open and I never thought it would look the same. The paint, the body work, the detailing were all done extremely well and to Cadillac standards.
